What is the process of making an appointment?

Vellotti Law offers a free phone consultation of fifteen minutes to help understand your situation and set out the best pathway forward. After this consultation, we will offer a first appointment of up to forty five minutes, which costs $276 inclusive of GST. From here, if you are happy to proceed a retainer will be offered and pricing will be calculated depending on your matter and its length and complexity.

Why pay for a first appointment?

Some big firms may offer free first appointments as a way to draw customers in. However, these often entail hidden costs and fees. As a small firm, Vellotti Law emphasises honesty and integrity. We believe offering services at the face value means you as the client will know exactly what you’re getting.

Why choose Vellotti?

As alluded to above, as a smaller firm, Vellotti Law will put your interests first. Having worked for big law firms in the past, Madalena ventured into being a sole practitioner so she could offer personalised services, offering understanding and empathy to those she serves. Madalena will take the time with your case, not only in providing the best outcome, but in ensuring you understand your position, and maintaining contact and transparency throughout. With Vellotti Law, what you see is what you get; Madalena will not palm your case off to another employee. Instead, her knowledge and experience will be utilised so that you attain the best outcome possible.

Do you speak any other languages?

Madalena is of Italian heritage and as such understands and fluently speaks Italian in multiple dialects.
