Madalena Vellotti, Vellotti Law’s principal solicitor, prides herself on delivering exceptional services to you which are driven by achieving results, rewarded by advancing your interest first and foremost.

Admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor in the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2012, Madalena holds a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and legal practice and Bachelor of Justice and Society from Flinders University of South Australia.

Madalena gained her legal experience and expertise in Family Law from working in both government and private legal entities in which her skill set is sharpened in a diverse area of law obtained from practicing in a country firm in regional south Australia to the Urban areas of Adelaide and then CBD Adelaide. This legal experience has bestowed on Madalena the privilege equipped to take on any legal matter, no matter how complex.

What sets Madalena apart from other lawyers and family lawyers is that she will go above and beyond when advocating and negotiating on your behalf showing you empathy, compassion and humility at all times. You will be at ease when your burden is shared with Madalena restoring your empowerment, confidence and self-esteem.

Madalena is a member of Family Law Section Law Council, Women’s Lawyers Association, community minded sat on the board of directors with AC Care (Mount Gambier) 2016-December 2021, still affiliated with AC Care as a Committee Member, Rotarian between 2018-2020 and Public Officer Women in Business and Regional Development in Mount Gambier 2015-2021 now enjoying membership being part of the Women in Business and Regional Development in Mount Gambier.
